I was so looking forward to having a self-scooping litter box for my two cats, who are indoor and outdoor. I read all the reviews and chose this brand. What a disappointment. Not only was I not able to use my usual self-clumping pine litter but in less than a week, it failed with the scooper bar in the upright position. It was impossible to return it in the original box because this bar was frozen in place. What a mess.
